Mr. Gombar is a partner with the Wyomissing firm of Masano ♦ Bradley, LLP where he has practiced since his admission to the bar of Pennsylvania in 2005.
His practice includes municipal law, banking, estate planning and administration, labor and employment law and corporate law with a focus on representing tax-exempt organizations.
A native of Berks County, Pennsylvania, Mr. Gombar earned his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2005 and his B.A. in 2002 from St. Joseph’s University. During the course of his studies, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey L. Schmehl, Judge of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas (who is now a Federal Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania), the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Gombar is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Berks County Bar Association, where he is the Chair of the Municipal Law Section, a member of the Young Lawyer’s Division and a Conciliator for the Berks County Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program.
In 2009, Mr. Gombar was named to the “20 Under 40” list by the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal recognizing individuals in the eastern Pennsylvania business arena for their professional and civic-related achievements. Recently, Mr. Gombar was a faculty member /course planner for the 2011-2015 PBI Municipal Law Colloquium.
In addition to his service on the Board of the Berks County Solid Waste Authority and the Board of Directors for AAA Reading-Berks, Mr. Gombar is actively involved with numerous local non-profits including, but not limited to, the Berks County Police Heroes Fund.
