Masano Bradley is regularly advising its private enterprise, municipal entity clients and labor union clients throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania on various labor and employment related issues and the regulatory aspects of labor law. We appear before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies in both the prosecution and defense of employment-related matters. For example, Masano Bradley has litigated matters before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, as well as in court, involving a wide range of labor issues from claims of discrimination, unfair labor practices, Act 111 labor grievances and faculty tenure issues, among others.
We also assist clients in the negotiation and arbitration of collective bargaining agreements involving union-based organizations from both the employer and employee side of the table.
